Update: 4/13/26 I still keep giving this place way too many chances out of pure convenience. Foods warm but still burnt. I guess that's an improvement. I also didn't get harassed by staff this time. In fact they said absolutely nothing to me when I approached the counter. Surpised they don't have issues with people picking up the wrong order when you have to sort through them yourself. I don't expect them to call out orders like mcdonald's or Starbucks but if you see someone say something. Getting accused of clogging the toilet was one of the very few interactions I've even had with the staff

Dunkin refresher enjoyers beware. Its bad enough Dunkin upped their points system by 100 point a while back but the refresher orders are getting out of hand. I have ordered my large refresher, different seasonal flavors, for years now. Recently when ordering my usual, a little more concentrate & a little less ice with green tea, I am told by the drive thru girl that the price I will be charged is an extra $4, making my 1 large refresher an $8.49 purchase. I stop here every morning before work and I usually don't even have to tell them my name (maybe I go too much 😂). My order is always correct and perfect. Some days the breakfast sandwich isn't as toasted or as hot, but it's never terrible and the line moves fast for the most part.

Their coffee and iced coffees are terrible. They taste burnt every time. Will not be back to the Spotswood location.
