Mcchicken patty I received was undercooked. Thankfully, I noticed it before eating it because I cut the sandwich in half first. Having previously worked at Mcdonald’s, I know this should be impossible when established cooking procedures and food safety standards are followed. Please ensure that proper cooking and quality control procedures are being followed to prevent this from happening again.

Just absolutely the worst mcdonald's I've ever been to and they've been consistently bad for so many years! How the do they keep getting away with being this bad?! Corporate genuinely doesn't care either. Like complain all you want. Its going absolutely nowhere! It'll never be addressed! Avoid at all costs! Mcdonald's corporate needs to shut it down and have a hiring event asap because these 1 star reviews are real and the overall rating would be even lower if they weren't getting their friends to damage control to save face! Every single time I come to this location they make me pull my car up to wait longer for my food when there is absolutely no one behind me in the drive thru and I only order a couple things … I don’t even order a huge amount literally two or three things for My parents and every single time they make me pull up to “keep their time low” I find this absolutely ridiculous and the food isn’t even fresh or hot when they bring it out so it’s not like they’re cooking it as they’re making me wait
