I had an extremely unprofessional experience at this Burger King (7222 S Stony Island Ave) on February 5, 2026 at approximately 9:55 PM. I entered the drive-thru, which has only one entrance and no way to exit once you’re in line. When I pulled up to the speaker, the employee said something unclear. When I asked for clarification, I was told it was a “shift change.” That is understandable, but what is not acceptable is allowing customers to enter the drive-thru if no service is being provided. I asked if someone could assist with allowing cars to exit since we were stuck. Instead, I was told

Food is usually fresh but this time my food was suppose to be fresh and it was not. Nasty and looked old and reheated bacon taste spoiled lettuce was old.
