My friend tried to order two iced lattes for us. She wanted to have hers made breve style which is made with half and half instead of milk. The person taking the order flat out told her no. If there is an extra charge, she would pay it. Or if they don’t carry half and half, please tell us. Any other coffee shop we have gone into in the Chicagoland area accommodates us. We just want to know why we have such a hard time receiving a latte made with half and half when going into a Dunkin establishment. Thank you

Just purchased a dozen heart donuts and my heart is so broken. They are hard as a rock. I had tried them last week from a different location and fell in love. I have called the store several times and the number doesn't even ring!

The coffee, tea, ice cream and donuts are always on point. The customer service sucks but inside is always clean. They don't smile, they don't acknowledge you when their busy so you will stand there for several minutes or until you become the pushy customer that needs assistance and flag down some help. I think any restaurant worker should not have to pay for their meal for their lunch break. Come on DD. . .treat your workers like you appreciate them. . . so they can place that along to the customer

Don’t let the shiny new exterior fool you, as the interior was filthy including the Cash Register Area. The Latino Male that took my order, had on a disposable mask that was severely needing to be replaced and dirt under his fingernails. As much as love Dunkin, I will never utilize this location again.
