This is the third time I have been to this Chick-fil-A and would definitely never return nor recommend anyone to go here. The first time I went was for breakfast. The breakfast muffins were not toasted. The cheese was not melted was cold. I figured they were having an off day so I tried them again Once again ordered breakfast, the muffin was not toasted. The cheese was not melted, and the egg was cold. Today I ordered grilled nuggets got home had fried nuggets. The waffle fries were cold. My kale salad was not chopped kale. All I can say is wow! The best customer service, the best demeanor, the best prioritizing what’s important. Chick-fil-A you have trained a great crew. Keep it up I might just have to see you again and again.

The drive thru workers need to learn customer service and not get attitudes when corrected or double down on being ignorant. Be teachable and be respectful. If you cannot read or pronounce a name, either don't say it or learn how to. Or get rid of taking names for orders altogether. Grown men should not roll their eyes like middle schoolers if they cannot handle being corrected.
