I booked a birthday party for my child from 8–10 PM, and the experience at Chuck E. Cheese was disappointing. Right at 10:00, staff rushed us out immediately and told us we had to leave because they serve alcohol. There was no grace period to gather our things, finish up, or let the kids enjoy the end of the party. It felt very abrupt, especially considering we paid for a full 2-hour party. If there is a strict cutoff at 10:00 with no flexibility, that should be clearly explained when booking. The way it was handled made the party feel rushed and stressful at the end. Very clean environment. FANTASTIC PIZZA!! (We got a large Sausage) Games for kids all ages and sizes! Trampoline and play zone for children under 56 inches tall. Kidz Bop music playing songs sung by kids for kids. Smiling faces all over the place. Definitely a place to visit with loving, light full atmosphere.
