I’ve visited many Dunkin’ locations, but this was by far my best experience! Aman was incredibly kind and professional. He recommended the best flavors, made our coffee perfectly. The coffee was honestly the best I’ve ever had! Thank you so much, Aman, for your amazing service and cheerful attitude… you made our day!

My boyfriend went to pick up my coffee for me. They asked if I ordered at the wrong location then closed the window and never came back. My boyfriend had to knock for someone to come back. He told them I did order at the wrong one can y’all help me with this. He said no and closed the window. This is terrible customer service and I’m tired of it. They always have an attitudes there. And other locations have helped me with this issue plenty of times! Not to mention they are purposely not answering the store phone.

I usually love stopping by before school, but this location has been disappointing—especially since the revamp. I ordered a Dunkin’ latte and while pulling up my rewards at the window, I asked if I could add something to my order. The employee refused, saying she was “on a timer.” It wasn’t busy at all, and I told her I didn’t mind waiting, but she still said no. When I asked for a manager, they gave me the same response. Customer service should come before speed, especially when there’s no line. I’ll be choosing another Dunkin’ moving forward unfortunately. Sincerely a Air-force Veteran.

Dunkin donuts have all been taken over by people from another country so you're kind of treated like a second-class citizen they really don't want to be friendly towards you and they look at you like you an alien. They don't want to touch your hands so they kind of throw the change at you and the ice cream scoops are so little but they spend a lot of time talking to each other in their own language.
