Don't come to this location often anymore, and for good reason. Everytime I order the APPLEWALNUT salad... there are no nuts! And i just realized the ranch i asked for was a spicy ranch. Most of the young ladies either don't speak up well when it's loud, or just simply seem like they dont want to work. Being pregnant, I'm kind of picky due to my sensitive stomach and taste buds. Honestly, I'm just going to have to stop coming to this location. And I should've know that after looking at the reviews from the last year and the robot responses here on Google review. 😮‍💨

First time trying Potbelly, the sandwich and soup were great! The half of my sandwich ended up having feta cheese on it despite me stating no feta on my order. Eric the manager did a great job of resolving the situation and making me a fresh new order. I definitely recommend for great food , at a great price with great customer service and clean environment . Thank you I am excited to come back.

I have not had Pot Belly in years. I used to get it from here all the time with a coworker who left our office about four years ago; it could be five years ago. It wasn’t like I did it on purpose. Another coworker was eating pot belly, and I was like ok, I am going today. I got here, and it was pretty busy, but kudos to them for being very staffed with very upbeat and friendly people who got me my food quickly. Thank you for that. I ordered the Chili and the wreck sandwich; I have to say the toasted sandwich was outstanding! Very flavorful. I have to say I hate to talk trash about a place, but

I ordered a perfect pair with the apple walnut salad with the turkey avo sandwich. When arrived at my desk to eat, there was no avocado on my sandwich. Bummer.
