This is my 2nd bad experience so I won't be going back. The first time my onion rings were so old I couldn't even chew them. They placed all the old ones at the bottom. And the buns on our burgers were stiff. I went back today thinking they would make my experience better this time by telling them how bad my onion rings were the last time.. Instead ig I pissed the cook off, because it seems she dumped the entire salt Shaker on my fresh onion rings and squeezed the ketchup/ mayo container until it was empty. Also the bun bread was stiff again.

I order 2 fish sandwiches. They look like they were overcooked. All my sons, kids meal. They dumped the fries in the bag, didn't give him his apple juice. I had to go back for that. Guy, the counter looks at me. Oh, you aint get your apple juice.

I came in yesterday to get breakfast. I pulled in and there was a long line of cars. I came inside hoping to make it faster, the screen was filled with orders and only one girl working up front and one girl in the back. The girl upfront had to keep going into the kitchen to help make food, they were doing a good job but I wont be back to an establishment that runs their employees thin. It took twice as long and just isnt a good look for BK. If its busy staff them!!!

This use to be one of the best Burger Kings around me until today. I went for lunch n when they gave me my food I asked where my soda was so I went to get the receipt he said look on the bag cuz he wouldn't wait for me to get it. The bag receipt didn't have no soda but my receipt had a soda on it. So I paid for something I don't receive. Always look at the receipt they hand you not the one on the bag.
