Stopped by Dunkin' while waiting for service on my vehicle nearby. The store was nice, clean, quiet, and had a pleasant atmosphere when I walked in. I grabbed some donut holes, and they tasted a little dry, almost like they may have been a day old, but overall it was still a decent stop. One thing that honestly caught me by surprise in a good way was the staff and customers. It felt like I walked into a mini India because everyone in there was Indian. They don't seem to care or want to get your coffee right so many times I've got an iced coffee and it tasted horrible and then they lied and said that Duncan is not making the crumble anymore...which I found out that was a lie. The one on Allen and West Road in Woodhaven does it perfect I'm going to post what it should look like from the one in Woodhaven. And the girls in Eureka Duncan they're not friendly

I went there on a Saturday at 8 got a vanilla ice-cream cake from the freezer. Asked for a seat didnt get one in hand or in the bag which was rude. Get home to eat it since y'know can't just eat it there. It's already hard to cut open like a rock despite the trip home and getting situated. Then it reeked of the freezer not the box the actual cake I taste it. No vanilla or icing taste only the taste of the freezer since it was freezer burnt. So obviously I don't eat it bring it back next day around 4 and explain my issue just to be told that I was the one who picked it and it was the flavor I w

Im so sad that the service for this dunkin is lacking. 1st im really not sure even after asking if the drive thru menu was limited. The menu may have been broken, based on employee response " all our customers know whats on the menu we dont need it" it just doesnt have anything but current promotions. So I asked what hot drinks they had, response "we have cold and hot drinks" So again I asked what hot drinks, response " we have cold and hot drinks"
