Quiet Storm Detroit★I ordered whole wings they were unseasoned and lots of visible feathers. Rib tips half done and it took forever to get my food delivered. Ordered from here before but never again service sucks

Kevin Krause★$70+ in delivery order, and the one thing we wanted was one of the orders of rib tips to be dry with sauce on the side. Upon arrival, we didn't get the second order of rib tips, and when we called, they said they were together in the box. Well, 8 rib tips are not 2 lbs. Then the rude lady on the phone said, "Well, our cooks, don't read that far down on the receipts." Poor customer service, poor food quality, fries were cold. This has been our go-to, but all around, the place has gone downhill. Won't be long before they are out of business with frequent visits from the health department.
D Mattoon★★Phoned-in an order for 10 piece "jumbo" shrimp, $13.99. Worst breaded shrimp ever.Smaller shrimp than expected with an excessively greasy (breading?) Quite inedible but suitable for a photo.
