This was my first time eating at a Polish restaurant. When I asked the woman working there, “what’s good?” another customer answered me, “everything.” I think she might have been right. The friendly woman at the counter patiently explained a few highlights of the menu to help us decide what to order. They make their own pierogis. They have this one dish in which they shape the pierogi dough (the wrapper) into a big tortilla-like shape, put the potato cheese pierogi filling on it and another layer of pierogi dough, basically making a big flat pierogi, like a stuffed tortilla. We went here for dinner last Friday night and going to this place turned out to be a great decision! The guy running it is a nice gentleman and the food is outstanding. There is seating inside and the food is premade, so we were seated and eating in no time. If you like Polish food, I highly recommend this restaurant…

This place is awesome! It’s truly authentic (as in people speaking Polish in the restaurant). I ordered a quart of the hunter’s stew (beef, pork, cabbage, tomato sauce and spices) to take home. It was delicious! My dad loved it and said it reminded him of something his grandmother would make - and she came to the U.S. from Poland over 100 years ago! (Next time I’ll grab a picture).
