I stopped by Cold Stone recently, and overall it was an average experience. The ice cream itself was good, but the mixing could have been better. Some of the mix-ins ended up clumped together instead of being evenly distributed, and even though I ordered strawberry, there wasn't much strawberry syrup to be found. On the bright side, I did get the biggest strawberry I've ever seen—it looked like it had just come out of the freezer, but it was still a fun surprise! I went into Cold Stone on Sunday afternoon 2/15 and just have to say the experience was 10/10. It was my first time at this location. Two young girls were working, and they were sooo amazing. They seemed to really communicate good even while getting online orders. From the second I walked in, they were super friendly, patient, and seemed to make each other laugh even while the line was wrapped around the store ! Super frustrating to order an $8 ice cream that is supposed to have Kit Kats and heath bars in it… barely had anything, this is what I got, basically paid for vanilla ice cream. Had to stop at the gas station and buy Kit Kats and heath bars to put it in. Won’t be back

My sister and I have been coming almost every month as the ice cream is very tasty! but everytime we go, there are always these 2 employees who always seem to be in a bad mood, they do greet us but during mix ins, they barely ask or confirm on what you want and have such mean looking faces. It seems like they do not want to be there and it makes us feel bad for even ordering in the first place.
