The place was clean and tidy, friendly staff and I love their products. So yummy! My one issue was not with the staff but rather the register wouldn't properly apply my coupon when I increased the size. So I paid three dollars more than I should have, not a big deal but it detracted from the good experience I had there.

Very disappointed at the customer service and lack of professionalism from the staff at this location. I arrived 25 minutes before closing time and I could already tell by entering the location, that the staff didn’t want to take care of more orders. The young lady that was there Thursday night refused to take my pressed juice order and with a lot of hesitation tried to find an excuse for why they couldn’t get my preferred order ready. She said the machinery to make juices was “broken” and when I asked again why my order couldn’t be processed she wasn’t sure of what to say and tried to rely on

This place is great. My favorite is the pina colada smoothie. The young people working there are pretty efficient at getting your order processed and done right. Glad they are here in Salem now.

I usually love this place. Kids who work there are awesome. Smoothies good… but today me and my wife were sick and I tried calling the number listed here to call in a few smoothies. Tried number listed on Google Maps 3 times no answer. I also clicked the call button on Google Maps and it gave me a totally different number I called a few times and still no answer. I also called a third number I found online on the roxberry juice co website and still no answer. I’m not sure who is in charge of this but it’s frustrating when you call 7 or 8 times to do a call in order and no one answers at all. Y
