Let me start by saying Texas Roadhouse is my wife and I’s favorite restaurant, overall. It’s our go-to. This was our first time we have not been happy with the service and food. We both ordered 12oz Ribeye steaks cooked at “medium”. When the steak came out they were well-done. The cut was very thin. Based on external lack of char, the chef cooked steaks at too low of a temp for a longer period of time. Both were dry. Once these steaks were delivered (not by our waitress) we didn’t see her for at least 20 minutes. We never even got the chance to return our steaks. So we slowly ate our food

I was really disappointed with my experience at Texas Roadhouse. The service was poor and the food was just as bad. We waited over an hour for our meals, only to find out they were out of several menu items. After already waiting a long time, our server came back to tell me the side I ordered was unavailable. This happened three times—each time requiring me to choose something else, only to be told again that it was out.
