I’m sorry but this is nasty. I realize that me asking for my money back after being unknowingly upsold on my food by an AI program is frustrating for the people working behind the counter but this is almost inedible. I’m also poor so thank you for not understanding.

It seems like there employee's are mainly focused on drive thrus needs more than people coming in to order. Ordering on the kiosk when you come in makes you feel disconnected. The food is excellent but the customer service is lack there of.

If I would give this restaurant zero stars I would. It seems they are incapable of ANYTHING. Try to order something in the drive thru and want it ‘supreme’ sorry can’t do that. Have to pay individually for ea extra even tho online give me the option for 1.00 more. Ok, fine. I order online. Get there and they don’t have Dr Pepper. It’s literally the ONLY soda I treat myself to. Ok, fine just refund my drink. We can’t. What do you mean you can’t? Because I ordered online, I can’t get a refund have to do it online. THERE IS NO OPTION FOR A REFUND ONLINE. so I guess I just eat the money I paid for
