This is one of the worst Taco Bells in Spokane. Much of the staff is rude and they are not quick. Get ready to wait a LONG time if you order inside, they only care about the drive thru. You may also get hit with rude attitude depending on the employee. Wish I could rate the staff below a one star.

For how busy this place was, the customer service was exceptional. There's this one guy there that has a nose ring and he's kind of bald. He's excellent. We need more people like him. Food was hot like always especially when it's that busy and even though they were busy all their attitudes were in check which is wonderful. We all understand it's hard to get orders out as fast as people would like them but when it comes down to the people who are just doing their job and then there's the people that do their jobs well and they're the ones that make it worth coming back again. Way to go #team Ta

The first time I got Taco Bell from a separate location, I obtained a fist full of tomato’s when I asked for none. This led me to almost kill myself. I gave one more chance, just one more. What can I say other than whoever made this chalupa must’ve just got the best head of their life. Perfectly fried with an impeccable ratio of ingredients and NO TOMATO’S. My anonymous Taco Bell hero exists, and he’s probably saving more lives then I think.

I sat in the lobby for over 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged and to pick up a Doordash order. When I finally asked if my order was being made, the girl said I had an attitude and didn't have to serve me. She was prepping something else and not making the order when I asked. My customer ordered and paid for their food before anyone in the drive thru was there yet they all got their food.
