I come here almost daily. It's one of only two Dunkins (SHD in Circle K also) that consistently make my coffee good. I actually go out of my way sometimes (I'm closer to 19 right now) to come here. I almost never have to wait at all. I order through the app at the light and it is almost always ready and waiting when I walk in. Once in a while, if they're really busy or if they're out of oat milk, I may have to wait a minute or two, but it's never long. Usually I'm in and out in under a minute. The best Dunkin donuts in spring Hill!!! The people there are the best!! I watched some Old person being rude to one of the employees and she was so calm and respectfully addressed the problem!! Much respect to that girl (Mia). I would of been fired for throwing the coffee at them! 😂

Went through the drive through and there was a gentleman at taking orders with a tablet. Super annoying because I can’t see the menu screen. Ordered 2 breakfast deals. They’ve been changed from the sandwich option to the wrap option. Fine. Order 2 of those. And a 25 count of munchkins. Paid $21. Went through the drive through, and was given 2 coffees, 2 wraps, 1 order of hash browns and the munchkins. So I’m missing 2 wraps and 1 hash brown? Got it. ( in hindsight I should have never received hash browns, just 4 wraps) Go inside to let them know what I’m missing and they tell me it was all

I would not recommend going to this location by any means. Just go to a better location, that actually care about the service they are providing. I have recently come to this area so for the past 9 months I’ve been regularly going to this location, since it’s right around the corner from my house. I’m not over exaggerating when I say 6 out of 8 drinks are trash. This location doesn’t not care about the quality of service they are providing. I will explain just two incidents that have made me completely repulsed by this location. One when I was on my way to work so I stopped in for a hot latte
