this lady is so rude i was waiting at front counter to get waited on and she goes starts talking to help the customer behind me i said i am here for a order she stated its not ready well i was gonna place a order myself but nope ill take my business to another location. i ask to speak to a manager it don’t matter if waiting on. uber or doordash you did not know what i needed i wanted to place a order while waiting on pick up order

We have been to this location numerous times and the service was spot on for a long time. We will not be going back to this location due to the fact our orders are always wrong. How can you get a special made double quarter pounder correct but put 2 orders of fries instead of 2 chicken nuggets. We hoped there were just issues before that needed to be worked out but we were wrong. So sad...

I drive for doordash. Every single time I come here, I have to wait 10+ minutes after I get the notification saying that the order is "ready for pickup". They are clicking that the order is done when it is not so that it does not affect their times. This however cuts into the hourly rate that their doordash drivers are able to make due to mcdonald's lying about the order being ready. When i asked a employee if she was able to give me an ETA on the order that was 12+ minutes late for pickup she told me "if its not on the counter then its not ready" in an extremely rude tone. As a lifelong McDonald’s customer, it’s unfortunate that I feel compelled to write this review. Recently, my girlfriend and I stopped by McDonald’s store #12032 during a date night. We ordered a McFlurry and a vanilla cone. When we reached the drive-thru window, the vanilla cone had been dumped into a plastic cup, and the McFlurry was completely melted and more like soup. The employee assisting us, Lisa, was also quite rude and did not offer any alternative or solution to the issue. When we got home, the ice cream was unusable and ended up being thrown away.
