I went in a couple weeks ago to get a turtle mocha like I always do. There’s usually incredible service, but this time I was severely disappointed. The employee Mia was extremely rude and talked down to me and my daughter. She had a sense of entitlement and overall was condescending. My daughter asked for drink recommendations and she was not helpful at all, essentially mocking my daughter. To top it off her appearance was unprofessional with her hair messy, and overall was unkempt. Caribou you need to do better when hiring your employees, this was unacceptable.

(1/31/26) I used the app like it said to "save time in line" and ordered ahead (the whole point of the app) and get to the drive through window of course after still needing to wait to get through the line of that itself, just to have my order not ready and it gets worse I have them tell me to pull ahead and have flashers on and someone will bring out my coffee meanwhile so they can get the coffee 1st to the people behind me that ordered after me. but I ordered ahead of time.. The app obviously has some kinks to work out first before being able to use it as intended.

I came in for my regular cup of coffee no really I came to see the new employee Lizzy she comes from another store that I frequent but my credit card didn't work they were kind enough to let me come back today the following day and pay for it you guys are the greatest now that Lizzy is on your staff you'll see a lot of the regulars coming and follow her she's that kind of person for you good for her!
