When I moved to spring lake I actually liked this cookout. The past few times I’ve been I ended up regretting spending my money there. One of the speakers is always at max volume but I’ve come to expect that. Where are the bags? They never have bags anymore. It’s bad enough that the styrofoam is actively disintegrating and the tray is popping open every time I get a tray from any location. There is barely any Cajun seasoning on the Cajun fries. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! My favorite place to eat is cook out and this made me not want to go back for a while. Not only did I find a dead fly in one of my burgers, I took all 3 trays back untouched, showed them the picture and all. They took the trays back and the manager took one tray out and tried to cheat me out my money saying I had the other one just to give me less then what I paid (right plan WRONG PERSON, WAS NOT GOING FOR IT). Food is always hot, but you never know what kind of person is going to take your order. The girl that took my order rushed me and didnt even let me finish, she just stopped answering when we told her to let us finish a sentence. the boy that cashed us out was very sweet though.

I had a terrible experience at the drive-thru around 2:06 a.m. on Saturday, June 6. The employee working the window was extremely rude. She was practically throwing items through the window and acting erratically despite the restaurant not being busy. She also forgot our shake, so we had to wait for her to come back. When we politely asked for the shake and some ketchup, she rolled her eyes at us and didn’t say a single word before slamming the window shut.
