I have heard good things about this place and had to come try it since we don't have any back home. I was surprised to see so many low ratings. I had a great experience and customer service from staff was great! The fries are well seasoned and can easily be eating without dipping sauce. Burger was equally as good and only wish I could of tried more items from the menu. If you haven't eaten here before, definitely give it a shot!

Ok so was pleasantly surprised as we made a late night drive through visit and the kid at the window was amazing. Super helpful and very nice, told us if we had any problems to please come back and he would make it right. We were taken back by his customer service, he should be in a high end restaurant. We quickly received our food, order was correct and headed to hotel. Unfortunately, the food was not great. We weren't going to load everyone up and head back as I'm not sure the food would have changed. Rally's might not just be our jam. Even the kids were critical of the overall taste and qu

Food was as expected for fast food. Good enough, however they forgot an item and it seems like no one was working in the back when I went up to ask about it. Waiting over 15 minutes for a shake when the drive through and dine in area is empty is a tad bit ridiculous.

The new burger was really good. Nice price for a meal. Clean and friendly staff. I suggest the Philly cheese steak bites....off the chain.
