Update: We have been back numerous times now and have consistently had excellent service and delicious food and drinks. Highly recommend! Be sure to save room for their homemade desserts (or take one home!) We are new to the neighborhood and loved our first visit to the Republic Grille. The staff was especially fantastic. This restaurant is one of my favorites! We had our usual mac and cheese balls and the Valentino pasta; both absolutely delicious. My husband also ordered the chicken parm and a Caesar salad, which he really enjoyed. Tia’s service was 10/10! However, today we decided to take dessert home, and we were very disappointed. When we opened the tres leches, we found that the strawberry had mold on it. We were okay to eat it taking out the strawberry but we overthink and decided to not eat it. Ordered the popular chicken fried steak and it did not disappoint - this was truly classic by definition. Also had the Parmesan crusted flounder which was cooked perfectly and the accompanying rice pilaf was one of the best I've had. Place was quite lively on a Wednesday evening as well.

My husband and I stopped in for dinner before a movie last night, and we were incredibly impressed! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding.
