This place is amazing, I can’t believe living here in spring my whole life. Barely trying this place out. I am amazed from a to Z this place is great. Extra hot seasoning is mighty hot which turned my lips red but delicious. Kid at the chicken and waffles. I am impressed and definitely bring the family.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have to be honest and fair, the incompetent Trash Staff @ Urban Bird is ridiculous. The ignorant employees are rude and act like they wanted to fight over not having my order right. Management is incompetent and I would never go back here again. I order the half order smash burger fries and 2 sauce. My number was 18. Why did the Lil weak four eyed ewok walk up to me with a bag and ask me what I ordered? Urban Bird never misses! I got the tender basket and an Oreo milkshake, and both were 🔥. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned just right. Fries were golden and hit that perfect salty crunch. And that Oreo milkshake? Insanely good—thick, creamy, and loaded with cookie chunks. Easily one of the best shakes I’ve ever had. Service was fast and super chill too. Definitely coming back.

This was my first time here and I was very impressed! It took a minute to figure what I wanted because everything looked so good! From my order as shown I got the Nashville Hot Heat Level and the Mild. I would say the Nashville was my favorite it was the perfect amount of spice! And definitely try their strawberry lemonade it’s so refreshing and not too sweet!
