Terrible experience… it couldn’t be more horrible!!! Ordered 3 sausage, egg & cheese with English muffin.. needless to say, the photos say it all. My friends ate some of it because that was our first meal after almost 12 hours due to flight delays.. I went back to complain and instead of an apology and new decent sandwiches , I was treated with a bad attitude from the server and 3 pieces of sausage that were supposed to be in the sandwiches in the first place. These people are ruthless. Avoid ordering from them if you can.

The worst dunkin ever, I order a sourdough sandwich and a cold brew,There is no service for those who pay in cash. The lady who was serving preferred Talk to their friends and airport staff before attending The cold brew tasted so bitter it gave the same sensation as acid. And to top it all off, my sandwich had mold. I didn't notice until I was almost finished eating it. There was no attention paid to my complaint about my sandwich And everything continued as normal. My recommendation is DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OR SUPPORT THE CYCLE OF BAD WORK.

First time at USA eating donuts. Honestly I dont know what the buzz is about, Its just a dry dough, lack of taste, the chocolate and vanilla toppings were dull. There are so much better pastries. I hope its not a good respresentation of the whole american donuts because if it is, it is a real disappointment.

They got something very wrong with the ordering service at this location. Five staff standing with nothing to do while huge line waits to spend a crazy amount if time each to order. (JFK B32) Sad, because the food is OK (shouldn't expect sandwiches at the airport to be good, but donuts are fine) and the coffee is DDs usual, it's just the location is badly organized. Staff tries hard.
