We went to Echelon Coffee in Springfield, MO, and it instantly became my favorite coffee shops. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit—warm, inviting, and so peaceful. So, this is going to be a strange review for a coffee spot. The pastries are extremely good. Very awesome. Coffee on the other hand I was not impressed with. I'm much more into strong coffee. This coffee reminds me of Dunkin' Donuts or gas station coffee. Way to watered down and the beans are not strong at all. I'd go back for pastries, but not coffee. Excellent pour over. I got an Ethiopian, but it was great to have a couple of specialty options available. Barista, Nathan, was very friendly and professional. High-end equipment and specialty coffees available from multiple roasters. Great selection. These people know what they're doing. The owners are avid bikers it sounds like and certainly coffee professionals.

My husband and I are traveling and found this Gem I ordered a brown sugar and Vanilla Frappe which was delicious and my husband ordered a cappuccino he says way better than Starbucks ***** 5 stars, and let me tell you the Velo breakfast bagel was amazing if I’m ever back in Springfield I’ll definitely be stopping by again. I would post pictures but we ate it already. The service was great as well, waited patiently as we took a while to place our order.
