I’m not one to write bad reviews, but I feel strongly that this is 100% necessary. We rented this because it was a “4 diamond boutique hotel” and a “very safe location”, so we thought it was going go be amazing and fancy, but boy were we wrong. So first off, be aware there’s two buildings. Our 1st room was in the main building, and it was very dark and the thing we noticed first was the bathroom floor was absolutely filthy and sticky. Stayed for one night on a quick trip. Our room was dirty and the cold water didn’t work in the bathroom sink. Looked like the toilet was leaking prior and they didn’t bother cleaning up the floor around it. The list goes on in terms of the room being dirty, but the real kicker was finding a twizzler on the floor from a previous guest. Sent 3 emails in response to their follow up about the quality of the hotel, our stay, etc. and never heard back. Called and was told we would hear back from management - never did. The hotel is beautiful, no doubt, but our room was not worth the cost of a nights

Just an incredible experience. The location was great and within walking distance to restaurants and venues. The rooms were nicely appointed and the ceramic mug with the coffee maker was a fantastic touch. The food and service were both outstanding. The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend and I can't wait to go back!

I cannot rave enough about this hotel. Took the wife for Valentine's Day...1st V-Day out in 20 years and it was a grand slam. The room was gorgeous and comfortable. Clean and well appointed. The only ding was that I ordered champagne to be in the room when we arrived and it wasn't there. However, a quick call to the desk made everything right (thanks Zee!)
