I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s across the country and I can say with certainty that this is the worst one. I placed an online order and came through the drive thru to pick up and informed them on the speaker, as I’ve done many times at this location and others. After waiting 20 minutes in line, I pulled up to the window and the worker acted like she had no idea what I was there for. She then made me come inside and wait for an additional 10 minutes. I get the order and it’s not even correct. The specifications were disregarded and the wrap was so small. One piece of turkey/cheese on each side. I t

I had a relatively good experience here tonight. The quality of their food tasted great. They offer a good sandwich. Plus, the service was great. The one problem I have is that they don't sell diet Pepsi, only Pepsi zero for diet cola fountain drinks and that's unfortunate. I'll probably never come back for that reason.
