Place the order through the app to pick up through the drive-through took 30 minutes to get my food. I was fine with that. I waited in line patiently when I got my food it was hot. I was satisfied, but I paid extra to have bacon and cheese put on my burger and the cheese was not put on the burger called up there three times and it rang and then hung up.

Drive thru is insanely slow, I've been here a few times in the past few weeks and each experience is the same. Wait at the intercom system for 10+ mins, speak so someone tells you to wait longer then wait again and hope you finally order. God forbid you have cars in front of you as your fast food run becomes a 20-30min wait. Unfortunately, you can't leave once you've ordered as there's no way to escape the line. When you get in line understand the time commitment you just made to that process.

Listen I’m not here to convince you to eat at Burger King (or, as I call it, Super Trash). But if you’re already predisposed to enjoying that sort of thing - I want you to know that whoever is in the back microwaving the burgers here is a total pro. Burger King is my go to for a good burger. This restaurant knows how to prep a burger just right with the condiments. Staff is nice too. I didn’t have to sit long to get a hot meal. Everything made fresh!
