I was disappointment with a recent purchase of the chia oatmeal from Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The product I received was only half full and did not meet the quality or portion standards advertised. Specifically, there was almost no chia pudding at the bottom, which is a significant discrepancy from how this item is marketed. I found this experience to be highly disappointing and a poor representation of your brand's quality.

Well walked in to tropical to get a smoothie its hot out today. Get to the counter no one at the counter but I see 3 employees standing in the prep area. One of them looked at me but kept on talking I stood there for a minute looked around to see if anyone was going to come to the counter no one did. I walked out I dont knowvwhats going on but I'm not feeling welcome. I guess we really do need to start spending with our people if other people are not happy when we enter their stores
