They need a good manager. Is that hard to find 1 human being that can make obvious and easily implemented changes that would allow this place to function. It’s Horribly run. Every time I’ve been here as a customer or picking up an Uber Eats I end up either leaving the drive thru line or giving up waiting for the Uber Eats order I’m currently waiting on a Uber Eats order. It’s been 45 minutes and there’s about 10 people. Also waiting for orders in there. There’s at least five or six employees. It’s definitely a matter of whoever is in the manager, doesn’t know what they’re doing. It’s Taco Bell

I’ve given this location many chances. But this will be the last time. Every single time I’ve been here, I use the Taco Bell app to hopefully help speed the process. It doesn’t matter. Plan to spend an eternity in the drive thru and make sure to check your bag before you leave. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this location, they leave one item out. And it’s Always the most expensive item. If I order a steak burrito or cantina chicken item, that’s what they leave out. They have NEVER gotten my order right. NEVER EVER. And if you go in to get your missing item, you will wait forever. NO ONE is movin

Just got home from our first time trying this Taco Bell and it was SO GOOD. My wife and I LOVE Taco Bell and it's one of the only fast food chains we typically eat at. This was one of, if not the best Taco Bell food experiences we've ever had. Ingredients were actually fresh and balanced portion wise, ground beef was seasoned well and not greasy, nacho cheese was actually hot, and you could tell whoever put the food together actually took pride in what they were doing. I don’t know how this place hasn’t shut down yet. I’ve never been here and waited less than 30 minutes. I went tonight to pick up tacos my husband ordered on the app 45 minutes before I arrived. I was in the drive through for 20 minutes and only ONE car had moved through to order. I decided to run in and pick up the order since he did a mobile order. There were 5 people in there making food and yet she told me they were short staffed and despite having ordered ahead 45 minutes ago on the app, they only ring it in when I arrive.
