This unassuming restaurant I stopped at before an event at the local high school. What brought me in was the name, which I think was meant to be a play on 8 am. There is a broad variety of breakfast and lunch options, featuring Mexican and traditional foods along with juices, smoothies, viral drinks, and coffee. I had there regular coffee. I take my coffee black but it had a delightful cinnamon flavor, likely due to it being brewed with a cinnamon stick. When in Stafford you would be remiss if a visit is not made to this gem. Well done ladies. Flavorful and well seasoned on the chilaquiles divorciados with birria on top. Only cons are the coffee is too strong and little baby napkins. Highly recommended.
