I placed a mobile pickup order specifically to avoid waiting in the drive-thru, but when I arrived, the lobby was randomly closed with a piece of paper taped to the door. I could literally see my order sitting on the shelf inside, ready to go. Instead of just handing it to me, I was told to get back in my car and wait in the drive-thru line anyway, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. If the lobby is going to be closed, that needs to be clearly communicated before people place mobile orders, not after they’ve already paid and shown up. It felt disorganized and honestly just

Didn't think they could do much after getting rid of the breakfast, but service has become extremely slow. ~15 minutes as of typing this in the vehicle line, seems to be extremely short staffed. Not a 2 or 1 star because the food isn't usually bad and the workers aren't rude 🙂

The SLOWEST Taco Bell I've ever been to, and anytime I GrubHub deliver for them, they have the order 30-45 minutes late and waste the drivers time because we get disciplined if we cancel the order. Also the unfriendliest I've ever been to. I hear the employees in the make line talking crap about the customers, wishing for us to leave, and if you ask them anything, they'll ignore you or give you a smart response.

This was the WORST taco bell experience I have ever had. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I placed a mobile order for inside pickup at 8pm, and the store does not close until 10pm and I was told I was not allowed to get my food and had to wait in the line which is out to the road due to the extremely poor and slow service per usual. They need new staff or management one because this is awful!!! The entire business just needs to reevaluated!
