Heather Forry★★We used to love Krystal's growing up. You could get a sack full for cheap years ago. && they were hitting!😋 Well, times have changed. The burgers were SOAKED with grease! They were not edible. Out of the 3 that came with the meal, one was halfway eaten. It was so bad! Now, I will say, my chicks were good. The combo used to come with 3, and now it comes with 2 & it's almost double the price. 😒🙄 Im not one to lie, so I will say - the fries were hot & fresh. Service was fast & friendly. BUT something has to be done about the burgers & the grease. A burger should never be wet & soggy. It's
Taylor May★My husband and I have always loved Krystal but don't have one where we live. We stopped here while in town for the weekend and were horribly disappointed. His cheese fries were undercooked and the cheese wasn't melted. My soda didn't seem to have enough syrup in it and tasted like just carbonated water, my pups looked like they'd seen better days, and I didn't even get the Krystal I ordered.
Dee0403★I don't normally leave that many restaurant reviews, but this is one of the worst places I've been. I probably should've checked the reviews before we ordered. We had some of the same issues other reviewers had. Drinks tasted strange, didn't have any chili pups, had to wait on fries, and the Krystals looked like they had been sitting for a while. Most everything went in the trash. Maybe it was a bad day...maybe not. 🤷♀️
Carol Brewton★I purchased the 4 cheese Krystal’s on today from Statesboro location and my bread was molded on the 4th one. I looked down just in time after the first bite. 🤮🤮 I had already eaten the other 3 before noticing the mold. I took a picture of the Krystal but not sure of how to post it. I will NOT be going again due to the fact I had just left my doctor’s appointment from being in constant pain. Imagine how terrifying this is not knowing whether I had eaten mold from the other ones and worrying about my health. 👎
