Ordered on the app, 3 items and 2 drinks. After 20 minutes they still hadn't dropped all the food items to cook. Sat in the mobile order stall for more than 30 minutes ten after we went inside to inquire about our order. Don't waste your time on this location. All this with 2 other cars in the parking lot. Never again! After all this they didn't even get the order right!

Bro please fire everybody even the managers paid for 20$ worth of food got like 13$ worth burger wasn’t even done no lettuce no pickles look like some soggy prison food like what the workers behind the counter deserve to be eating. Had a small sprite no small sprite my kid didn’t get a sauce with there popcorn chicken yall sorry.

dont come here they be in the back not even worried about coming to the drive through window. (night shift) and i understand they close around 12 sometimes but i do doordash and they dont even come until like 25 minutes or more and then they are mean and act like they dont like it in there. thats not right to take it out on strangers aka customer

Ordered food here today and it wasn’t fresh at all hard French fries and tots. I specifically told them I wanted 2 fries and 2 tots with the meal and what did I get a fry and 3 tots. Tots were supposed to be cheese tots and they didn’t do that either. My husband was supposed to get a triple smash burger and only got a double. Whoever the girl was ordering needs to get off the mic because I told her my order twice so it wouldn’t be messed up and it was still messed up. I will not return to this sonic!! Waste of time and money!!
