I ordered two gravy biscuits and got two water biscuits instead. If you didn't have enough gravy to make the gravy biscuits you shouldn't have sold it. This is ridiculous and it really pisses me off. The gravy is normally thick and delicious and has flavor but today it's pure water it has no flavor it's so runny it won't stay on the biscuit. I definitely deserve a refund. It's hard to tell by these photos but trust me it's bad. The rest of my order was good.

This got to be the worst bojangles I’ve ever been to I told myself I wasn’t going to come back from the last time I went but I tried it again it’s disgusting the fries and are t good nor the supremes and I ain’t ever seen supreme like this before in my life. THE WORST BOJANGLES IN NC

Idk what’s happening here. But the last few times we have been it’s just so bad. A fly in a drink, no mayo on sandwich, forgot to put fries in the box, I watched an employee drop a knife on the ground and pick it back up and put it on the counter. It’s just gross. Y’all make it seem like you also don’t eat food? Whoever’s in management and district management is failing miserably. Don’t go here.

Before I start…. THE PLACE LOOKS AND SMELLS LIKE A PORTA JOHN! (TOLIET)!!!!!!! Now, about the food! Was the chicken even fried? I had soggy breading falling off & sticking to the box and lining paper. It’s Easter Sunday! Did u Not plan on having people come in after church? Only way to resolve this would be for me to go ALL the way back for a refund! 🙄! Why do I have to waste more of my time! Then, when I mentioned it’s Easter Sunday the girl on the other end says “AND”! Also, not to mention that when I tried calling earlier, all calls were not going through. As if the phone was off the hook.
