Instead of roasting their beans conventionally with fossil fuel they utilize a wood burning method. So how’s the coffee? It’s damn good! Smooth, not bitter and full of flavor. They also offer tea if you’re not feeling coffee some days. You can also have something to eat with your beverage as they have a variety of baked goods.
