Got carry-out: Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap w/ fries & Grilled Classic Chicken Sandwich w/ fries. Wrap was good & fries were cold. It's the chicken sandwich that was HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE. Though it was made to my specifications, the bun was (GAG!!) MOLDY!! I barely took half a bite when I saw the mold. I took it back. The hostess AND the G.M. we're appalled like I was. Thankfully, the G.M. was nice enough to refund my money. Thank you!!

It was a really bad experience: very small wings, and some of the wings had feathers. For what I paid, it wasn't really worth it. This is probably my fourth time here, with three bad experiences. This is my last time at this location. I don't recommend coming here; you will waste your money, we complained with the manager but he didn't really cares.

I had high hopes, as it was my first time ever at a Buffalo Wild Wings, but they were instantly dashed when I received my salad. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad, but requested Ranch instead of Blue Cheese dressing. I asked if it was homemade and the waiter said, it’s prepared at Corporate. So, I was like, ok, it should be good then. My salad arrived about 5 minutes after everyone else food, with the wrong dressing, it was Blue Cheese dressing. Had to send it back for the Ranch. 4 months later and still have not received a refund. Corporate called me twice and I'm still baffled by the lack of accountability after being promised a refund by the store manager and Corporate staff. I had the worst experience of my life trying to order food here on a business trip. I never received my order after placing one directly on the buffalo wild wings website. After waiting 30 - 40 minutes I walked directly to this location from my hotel in the freezing cold. I was told someone stole my order and I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes with no compensation. The manager laugh
