I have never been to this place before so I figured I would give it a try. The staff was ok but didn't want to be there. The food was surprisingly good especially the cookie. I might would go back but it was nothing special.

There was a guy that was clearly having a bad day that was making the sandwiches. There was a lady in front of me that asked him to make a bunch of sandwiches that had all the fixings minus the meat. (Im sure it was a religious preference) and the guy making the sandwich got so mad at her "you basically just want cheese" and he huffed and puffed. She said and the sauces. It was disturbing to watch. He also made me the most ridiculious sandwich I have ever seen. Like no chicken salad in it. I usually eat at this location and no issues. But two in the same day. I stopped by Potbelly after a long absence and ordered a apple walnut salad w/o blue cheese. The employee making the salad offered to add something else which was very cool. I had chips . I took my salad to the auto dealer nearby and took some water and ate the salad which was awesome.

Potty Belly, located at the Dulles Center 28 is a charming yet inviting place to get sandwiches. This was my first visit and I was looking forward to a great lunch experience. As you walk in you have to go around the corner of the building where the entrance is located. The interior is set up with a lot of wood and wrought iron legs tables with the Pot Belly logo emblazoned on the table top, which I thought was cool. The inside is large enough to host quite a few customers, but because this facility complies with the current COVID-19 rules and regulations it can only accommodate so many custom
