Went here at 8:30am Saturday 4/4/26 for breakfast, girl taking my order was rude, they got the drink wrong forgot a blueberry muffin and the food looked horrendous. Went in for a refund and the manager was horrible, took zero accountability never apologized and tried forcing me to take a blueberry muffin as compensation. “You’re taking this muffin”. What a nightmare, please do better next time.

I was having the worst start to my Mother's Day weekend ever.... one of my kiddos is just in full rage mode and was being really awful to me and I ended up crying most of the day yesterday. Today I thought, I'm going to get myself a donut cuz Donuts always make everyone feel better and decided to try a new drink that I don't normally get and it was also amazing I'm so thrilled with my special treat this morning thanks for making my Mother's Day weekend a little bit brighter! **Not pictured are the 4 dunkers we got that were also amazing!

I mean, honest to God, how hard is it to put in my flavoring that I ordered on the app and in person in my lemonade, I have gone there four separate times and have either ordered online with flavoring or ordered in person with flavoring and each time I’m handed plain lemonade. Literally on the sticker when you get an online order, it says what is in your drink. And are those things in my drink absolutely not other than you guys Not knowing how to put flavoring in a custom drink, you guys do pretty good

I just came in to dunkin and got two bacon wake up wraps and their was a long piece of hair in my food. Other then that they had great service and were really kind.
