I had not heard of Hook Burger, but I'm glad we stopped in! I was very glad to see that I could have any style burger with Impossible meat, so I had the mushroom style and it was perfect. Very pleasant staff, well laid out floor plan with outdoor seating.

First time at Hook Burger tonight, and I’m glad I wandered in after shopping at Target. I was about to head into Panda Express, but this place caught my eye. I was greeted by Luke, who couldn’t have been nicer. Since I’d never been before, he walked me through the menu, pointed out the Hickory Burger as their most popular, and shared that his personal favorite is the California Burger. I went with the California because caramelized onions and fresh avocado were calling my name. Added fries and a passion unsweetened iced tea to round it out. Very disappointed with this burger. I could not taste the bun. It is so flat. The bacon seemed old. And it just didn’t taste fresh. Also, I took the food straight home so there was no sitting around for it. And the fries were nothing special and almost $5. So I think I’m done. Just not worth it. I will say that the young man who helped me was fabulous. This was 11/7/25 for dinner.
