There is no such thing as good customer service at this KFC. My experience today was extremely pitiful and disappointing. I waited 7 minutes before I was acknowledged. It appeared that I was disturbing the staff by wanting to place my order. I had to ask was the front counter open for service. The lil girl took my order with her mouth stuck out with no greeting. I asked for the manager. I asked for my receipt so that I can take the survey. The manager stated that they are unable to print receipts. She was very condescending and unprofessional. Today wasn't a good day to visit this location. No one greeted us for about 3 minutes and even then it wasn't a greeting. They were out of wings, crispy chicken, and only had dark meat original recipe. Soon after they were out of Mac n chz, green beans and fries. (I heard someone yell that.) The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were locked. There was loud talking coming from the back... some one pointed out that she'd lost thousands of dollars that day (so watch your mouth) she was speaking to someone I couldn't see or hear. Exceptional service women with beautiful smile and big hair was so genuine and kind. Her name was Ria something just great spirited person and great attitude. Caleb brought out the food. I had an injury and ordered pick up and they were so kind to bring it out for me! Make sure you get the free 8 piece chicken bucket on the app! Food was delicious and hot!

Close it down! Idk why this one is even still open. The service is horrible, they’re always out of something and best believe you’ll get the latest gossip and attitude while you wait.
