Waited in drive-thru over 10 mins watching them play around, asked for 1 extra sauce when I received my order, girl said it was 27 cents extra... and my order wasn't even right... never going to this one again! Charter Way BK is 100% better service and won't try and scam u on some sauce.

They give you old food. They we will re fry old food and serve it to you. Fries even tasted like old grease. I ordered a 4pc chicken fries they re fried it couldn’t even chew into it. You can tell it was re fried by the white color. I work in the food industry. Can’t fool me. How lazy to not even pop in fresh ones? Then they didn’t even give me my full four. They gave me two and then random pieces of a chicken fry.

I can't recommend this BK. It was dirty inside, the restroom was horrid and smelled like urine. Its obvious they don't use bleach or proper disinfectant They got my order wrong. They charged me .50 for a ranch packet when I bought 3 whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, 3 fries, 1 chicken king and onion rings. So make sure you double check before you leave! It was incredibly slow with barely anyone even there. The workers don't seem to care about the look of the place nor do they take pride on how they make the food. My food was just thrown together.
