I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location and was unable to even place an order due to the way I was treated by an employee. I pulled into the drive-thru and waited at the menu speaker for over five minutes. During that time, I repeatedly said "hello" but received no response. Assuming there may have been an issue with the speaker or that the employee could not hear me, I remained in line and slowly pulled forward to the window. This place sucks…. You ask for something you don’t even get only for them to tell you “it’s correct” uhh no it ain’t. I know how my orders is supposed to look like.😑😑 EVERY single time I order this it’s incorrect. First photo is from here. Oreo cappuccino blast & no Oreo other than the top. Second photo is in Cicero where it’s ALWAYS correct. Bellwood does a better job too.

Hands down the BEST Dunkin’ & Baskin Robbins crew I’ve experienced! 👏🍩🍦 From placing the order to receiving coffee and ice cream, everything was smooth and perfectly handled. Very nice Dunkin’ Donuts located right on Mannheim Road. The only very big negative is the drive-through is very difficult to get into as it is a very sharp turn to go through. If you have a large car, it is very difficult to go through. Otherwise, the food and service was very nice. I have to ask for napkins but once I asked, they gave me some. I do recommend but be careful in the drive-through lane.
