LEFT MY FOOD OUTSIDE FOR OVER 30 MINUTES WITHOYT A KNOCK ON THE DOOR... Called merchant, and blamed it on DoorDash. Nasty and insubordination for other's food. They said second times the charm.....and apparently a third is a "refund"

Incredibly poor customer service..Needed to pick up a pizza quickly while in the area and figured I would stop in. It's Papa John's so I know the taste...or atleast I think I do. Well, the lady who took my order greeted me like I was a nuisance and she didn't want me to be there. I asked if there were any specials being offered and I got a curt "no" with nothing else. Her responses were short, unfriendly, and lacked any sort of enthusiasm. She rang up my order, took my money and proceeded to make the pizza with no more than a few words. I am rating this resturant a three. 1 star for customer service. The staff was hard working and friendly. 1 star for short wait time. 1 star for the taste. The pizzas were delicious. I do however have two complaints: the veggie pizza had a lot of veggies on one side of the pizza and very little on the other side. The other complaint that I have is for alllllll pizza places...think of the pizza as a fraction and divide it into 8 even parts....please. it's very hard to share when the sizes are drastically different....equal slices...equal slices...I will go back.

Horrible. Each time I order, I’m hesitant because of the previous order. Something has changed from okay product to ok, who’s cooking this food. I’m good. I’ll delete the app and cease ordering. Yuck!
