The prices on the board were not updated so I was charged .65 extra per meal. The heavy set lady tried to convince me that was tax even when I showed her tax was calculated at the bottom. I almost missed this place due to actually being focused on shopping…but don’t do it! I absolutely loved this place for everything it happened to offer! Keep your eyes on the road and they actually have a billboard to assist you in finding the location. The restaurant itself is absolutely authentic Jamaica. As we arrived, I noticed they had their own small parking lot. We found a spot quickly and headed inside. The interior had a tropical design, and everything looked super clean. We walked up to the counter and saw a sign highlighting online or phone orders, but I asked and confirmed that you can also order in person. Decided to give this place a try and was extremely disappointed. I ordered a quarter of jerk dark meat chicken and a quarter of jerk white meat chicken. As you can see in the photo I received more foil than actual chicken. I don’t know if this was a baby chicken or what but it was not $23 worth of food. Additionally, the chicken was overcooked & dry. It lacked the jerk flavor. Very disappointing and will not be returning.
