The staff at this DD location are absolutely terrible. Every time I visit, they are incredibly unfriendly; I barely get a chance to sit down before the servers start trying to rush me out. I went again today, and after sitting for just ten minutes, a server came over to wipe the table their body language and attitude made it abundantly clear they wanted me to leave. Coming to this store leaves me in a foul mood every single time.

Efficient and fast drive‑through experience. I am giving 4 stars because the black iced coffee I ordered was noticeably light in color. When I asked for confirmation, I was incorrectly assured it was black. Despite this, the staff’s professionalism and respectful service resolved the issue, and I appreciate their customer care. I will continue to return.

Used the drive thru to order breakfast. Upon pick up missing drinks. I asked for the second coffee and the employee at the window said I only ordered one. I said that I requested 2. She did not like it and took my card again. Once I stopped on the parking lot to check, no napkins. I had to go inside to pick it up. What is the point of the drive thru if the customer has to walk inside to pick up stuff.

You know what to expect from Dunkin. Donuts are the size of a Crumble cookie and their coffee is a hit or miss but since they are everywhere and convenient I still go but this whole order online business is getting out of hand and people who go in for a coffee are waiting as long as you would if you go to Starbucks....just saying.
