Mr Smith★I Attempted to stop to grab and go for lunch being on the clock for which i barely ever get time to have a lunch. Stood there waiting inside at counter for someone to order. 3 or 4 people behind the counter looked right at me. Walked by bo service!? Im like ive been standing here! For how long? I gotta hurry. Job is very Demanding and Essential work. Wasted my time. I walked out . 2nd time this has happened at this location. And with peoples attitudes. Rediculous.!
Neal Hurst★Attempted to order a vanilla latte with 2 pumps caramel. Repeated it three times girl running drive-thru seem to be having issues understanding. Maybe it was the workers holding behind her. I'll go somewhere else. How do these places even stay open?
L B★I went through the drive thru today around 11:15. Sat in the drive thru line and noticed they wouldn’t take an order until the person at the window paid and drove away. Had to repeat my order twice . Pulled up to the window and three women were standing there talking. No greeting at all just grabbed my card and handed me my bag. Pulled away and noticed my coffee was made wrong. The sticker on the side wasn’t even right. Even though I repeated my order twice .
