I was actually stunned by the professional, competent, amazing service we experienced. We told the waitress it was our first time and she recited a description of the menu flawlessly. While we were eating the manager even came out to ask how we were doing because he heard it was our first time at a Swenson’s. I truly think this is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. Amazing!

Dominic is hands down one of the most polite and personable servers we’ve ever had! He’s consistently friendly, funny, and always appreciative, even if it’s just a small tip. This was my “everything” double burger. The piece of lettuce I’m holding is an abomination. The tomato I paid for doesn’t even cover the burger. They put more sauce on there than ingredients… literally disgusting

I took my husband for the first time in his life this week. We spent around 60 dollars total for the two of us and our 3 year old (2 fried mushrooms, 2 sweet potato fried, 2 cheese burgers, and a galley boy along with a large mocha shake, a large chocolate shake and a small banana) The wait did take a while to the point our son started getting very impatient and crying but everything came hot which is more then I can say for many places even after a wait The sweet potato fries were absolutely delicious especially with the marshmallow dip I really hope they bring them back next year The ch
