Why does Google say they close at 1:00 a.m. daily and why is there a poster on their building claiming they stay open but every single night after 10:00 p.m. They say they're not taking any more orders and also do not shut their mobile ordering off. So therefore you can make a mobile order and then get told at the window they're no longer taking orders and we purposely went back every single night for a week straight just to test it and every day after 10:00 they said they weren't taking orders anymore. Paying for a premium sandwich…The Baconator, and this is the amount of Bacon that’s on it? Not to mention the top bun is drowned in a gallon of condiments. The quality of fast food is an absolute travesty these days.

Went to the drive thru to order a cookie dough frost fusion. Was told that they had no fries and were not accepting orders. I ask "but can I get some cookie dough" and they snapped "NO". So I just drove away. Don't know why not having any fries made a difference on me getting a frosty but. Yeah not a good experience. 😔

This wasn’t my order but I walked in and this DoorDash order was just like this. How does one just let a DoorDash order be sitting like this without being told to clean it up?? I’m speechless. They really treat their customers and door dashers like this??
